Strategy Office
Advances KU’s mission through engaging, aligned and impactful strategic planning and organizational effectiveness.
Established in 2025, the Strategy Office partners with the University Cabinet to create a KU-wide strategic plan and supports the alignment of campus and unit-level strategic plans with the university mission and priorities.
The Strategy Office also plays a key role in advancing One KU integration efforts and special projects with university-wide impact. Through systematic approaches to assessment and strategic guidance and by leading processes of accountability, we support meaningful integration and collaboration among KU’s campuses.
